The pay-monthly option allows you to spread the cost of your web design and development package over 12 months. This helps manage your budget more effectively while still receiving all the features and benefits of the chosen package.
Will I be tied to a contract?
Yes, if you choose the pay monthly package, you will initially commit to a 12-month contract. After this period, your contract will automatically switch to a rolling monthly maintenance plan at £29 per month. You can cancel any time after the first year with 30 days’ notice.
What happens if I decide to cancel?
If you decide to cancel, we will arrange to transfer the website to you and you will be fully responsible for your website, including hosting and maintenance. This will incur a one-off transfer cost of £50. In any event, you will retain ownership of your domain name.
How long will it take to make the website?
The time required to complete your website depends on the complexity and size of the project. Typically, for the Starter Package (four-page website), it takes about 2-3 weeks. The Standard Package (six-page website) usually takes around 3-4 weeks, and the Premium Package (ten-page website) can take 4-6 weeks. These timelines include design, development, and initial revisions.
Will you write the content for me?
Content writing is not included; however, I can recommend professional copywriters who can create engaging and SEO-friendly content for your website at an additional cost. If you prefer, you can provide the content, and I will integrate it into the website.
Will you provide the images?
The packages do not include the provision of custom images. You can provide your own images, or I can suggest stock photo websites where you can purchase images. If you need custom photography or specific images, I can connect you with professional photographers who can meet your needs at an additional cost.
Do I need any technical skills to manage my website?
No technical skills are required. As part of each package, we provide initial training sessions to teach you how to manage your website, update content, and perform basic troubleshooting. Additionally, we offer support for the first 30 days to help you get started.
What happens after the initial 30 days of support?
After the first 30 days, you will be responsible for managing your website. However, you can purchase additional support or maintenance packages if needed. We can discuss ongoing support options based on your specific needs.
Can I upgrade my package later on?
Yes, you can upgrade your package at any time. If you find that you need more pages or additional features, we can discuss upgrading to a higher-tier package that better suits your requirements.
